We have listed five "families" of photo albums that we provide: Flush mount albums, Coffee Table Books, Matted Albums, Traditional Self-mounted Albums, and Folio's
Flush Mount Albums have hard covers with thick, unbending pages. They consist of photographic prints that were dry-mounted on artboard. The covers are mostly made of leather, leatherette or vinyl. The photos lay completely flat and extend across the whole page. These albums are of the highest quality and are the most expensive.
Coffee Table Books get their name from the intended purpose of being placed on a coffee table for the entertainment of guests. Coffee table books are photo books, and come in various sizes from very small to very big. They have soft, thin pages like normal books. A coffee table book can be bound in a hard cover or in a soft cover.
Matted Albums are albums with recessed frames, in which each photo is hand-mounted. The photos are digitally or traditionally printed and can also be changed also after completion of the album.
Self-mount Albums are the most common form of traditional album. They contain manually mounted digital or traditional photos that can be rearranged.

The Flush Mount Albums come in two different binding styles:
Storybook Panorama
▪ all pages are panoramas - no single sides
▪ panos are neatly creased and folded in the center
▪ album begins on a full panorama and ends on a full panorama
▪ pages are approximately half as thick as artboard
▪ page corners are rounded (photo cover albums will have square corners)
Gallery Lay-Flat
▪ single sides and panoramas may be mixed throughout the album
▪ album may begin on a single, right side or a full panorama
▪ left and right page sides are separated by a slim 1mm gap
▪ your choice of page thickness; single or double weight
▪ page corners are rounded (photo cover albums will have square corners)
The Premium Leather Album Covers are made from the highest quality imported leather and are hand made using a single piece construction. Since these covers are custom made when you place your order they take a bit longer.
